• Psychosocial rehabilitation
• Clubhouse
CMHCs arrange coordination of care for:
• Inpatient care
• Outpatient care

• Partial hospitalization
• Emergency services
• Consultation and education
• Special programs for children and the elderly
• Direct access for courts
• Follow-up care after hospitalization
• Transitional living facilities
• Coordination with drug programs and alcohol programs
